Our return policy exists on a case by case basis.
Typically, if an order has already been placed refunds are not accepted.
All monthly subscription packages are billed automatically and may not be canceled.
Billing and service ends once the subscription ends.
If work has commenced, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
When you make a purchase through our website you are committing to the service just like we are committing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will not be given if you "change your mind" or if you do not show up to your coaching sessions.
You may not request a refund because you did not get results using our services. Client Generator LLC is simply an educational service for you to learn new skills. We have never made claims of guarantees as that is extremely unethical and goes against our company values.
FORCE MAJEURE - Refunds and or payment cancellations will not be given under these terms
CLIENT GENERATOR LLC is not responsible for any failure on the CLIENTS (you the client) side to perform your obligations under this terms of service. If you fail to get on coaching sessions, fail to follow instructions, fail to implement tasks, fail to follow up with leads & appointments or otherwise neglect your business operations we will not be held responsible for any loss of any kind. If you purchase a service and fail to use the service we will not be held liable for lack of results. Furthermore any guarantee of service will be void due to client negligence. We will make our services available to you but it is entirely up to you to show up and do the work. Refunds will not be given to those CLIENTS that refuse to use the purchased services. Furthermore CLIENT GENERATOR LLC will be relieved of all liability if such CLIENT negligence occurs. If an event occurs on the CLIENTS side that disrupts the service fulfillment CLIENT GENERATOR LLC provides, the client is still responsible for payment and still has a responsibility to fulfill their obligations under this terms of service.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
